Gift Cards

By purchasing or using a Philab Gift Card, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Validity

Gift Cards are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will expire.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Gift Cards are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that the refund request is made by the original purchaser. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Redemption

Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively for products available at philab.eu. They are not valid at any other retail outlet or website and they cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Denominations

Gift Cards are available in denominations of €50, €75, €100, €150, €200, and €250. Philab Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these denominations at any time without prior notice.

Payment for Orders Exceeding Gift Card Value

If the total value of your order exceeds the value of your Gift Card, you will be required to pay the remaining balance using a valid credit or debit card.

Unused Balances

Any unused balance on the Gift Card will be kept in the gift recipient’s account and can be applied to future purchases until the Gift Card expires.

Loss or Theft

Philab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Treat Gift Cards like cash.

Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in EUR and include VAT. Transactions are conducted in EUR, and the final amount charged to your account may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations for customers outside the Euro Zone. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be calculated during checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping charges. Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, payable upon receipt.

Payment options on our webshop include VISA, MASTERCARD, PayPal, PayEx, Klarna invoicing and bank tranfer. Greek residents can also pay by cash on delivery. Your credit card will be charged for the purchased items and shipping costs during checkout. After we receive your payment receipt, your order will be processed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email upon dispatch.
